Trans-Tech’s custom engineering capabilities allow you to create nearly any vision. We co-develop solutions with your engineering team, starting from your system requirements and working backward to arrive at something that actually works in your application.

Our R&D chemists, ceramics engineers, and RF applications specialists work with your team to design an approach that precisely fits the need. We have a full R&D lab for developing new ceramic compositions, advanced simulation tools for modeling electromagnetic performance, and a manufacturing floor that can take a new design from bench prototype to production volume without changing facilities.

 

How Trans-Tech delivers

Define the problem.
We start with your system-level requirements: frequency, power handling, temperature range, mechanical constraints, regulatory requirements, reliability targets. The goal is to understand what success looks like before we ideate.

Explore the material space.
Our R&D chemistry lab can synthesize new ceramic compositions in small volumes for evaluation.

Design and simulate.
Our applications engineers design the component or assembly around the selected material. We iterate in simulation before we iterate in hardware.

Prototype and test.
Our model shop produces rapid prototypes in house and onsite. Giving us both the freedom to test and iterate as needed.
