Sub-Assemblies

Overview

Trans-Tech’s sub-assemblies take that complexity and make it simple. We select, machine, metallize, and test matched ferrite-dielectric assemblies in our own facility, delivering production-ready RF components that drop directly into your circulator, isolator, or filter design. The result is tighter spec compliance, better unit-to-unit consistency, and fewer surprises on your production line.

How Trans-Tech delivers

It starts with a conversation. Our applications engineers work with your design team to understand the electrical, mechanical, and environmental requirements of your system. From there, we:

Select and formulate materials from our materials, or we can help develop custom compositions if your application demands it.

Form and fire using our full in-house ceramics processing line: dry pressing, extrusion, isostatic pressing, tunnel and periodic kilns operating up to 1,700°C.

Machine to spec with CNC grinding, lapping, through-feed grinding, ID/OD slicing, and center-less grinding, holding tolerances that RF applications require.

Test everything before it ships. What arrives at your facility is ready.
